When you request a free audit or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company or portfolio name, property type, number of listings or rooms, market, current pricing tool and the details you include about your revenue challenge.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand your portfolio, and prepare or deliver the free revenue audit you requested.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and your consent when you choose to submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time, although this does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Formspree delivers contact form messages. Lovable Cloud stores form submissions. Titan provides our business email service. These providers process data only to provide their services to us and are required to protect it.

The site also loads fonts from Google and map data from jsDelivr. Following an external link, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Upwork, takes you to that provider's service and privacy terms.

We keep enquiry information for 24 months. If a client relationship follows, we may keep relevant records for the duration of that relationship and for any additional period required by Greek law.

This site does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. It may use necessary technical browser storage for security, session handling and interface preferences. These items are not used to follow you across other websites.

Formspree may use necessary anti-spam or security technology when you submit the contact form. We will update this policy and request consent before adding optional analytics or advertising cookies.

You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of use, objection to processing, or a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for third-party advertising.
