Bookings Elevated is headquartered in Athens. Our founder Panos Bourtzoglou splits time between Athens and Santorini, where he serves as Reservations Manager at Alexander's Suites in Oia — the property where the methodology was first built.

What started as revenue management for our own hotel became Bookings Elevated: a fractional revenue desk for serious short-term rental portfolios and boutique hotels. Today the team brings together revenue managers, OTA specialists and PMS engineers, all working under one roof so owners get strategy, execution and reporting from the same desk.
